TAKE-A-LOOK-Dubai seeks debt delay for flagship firms

 Debt problems in Dubai weighed on stocks, helped lift bonds
and roiled currency markets on Friday after the emirate said
two companies planned to delay repayment on billions of dollars
of debt as a first step toward restructuring Dubai World, the
conglomerate that spearheaded Dubai's break-neck economic
growth.
