Indian shares provisionally close down 1.2 pct

MUMBAI Nov 27 (Reuters) - Indian shares provisionally closed 1.23 percent lower on Tuesday, having been down as much 3.82 percent earlier as concerns about Dubai's debt problems hit markets around the world.

The 30-share BSE index .BSESN provisionally ended down 1.23 percent or 207.93 points at 16,647.00 with only six components gaining.
