SEOUL Nov 27 (Reuters) - The South Korean won KRW= fell more than 1 percent to its weakest in three weeks against the dollar early on Friday as concerns about Dubai's debt problems dampened risk bets by global traders.

The won fell to as low as 1,170.0 per dollar, its weakest since Nov. 6, from Thursday's domestic close of 1,155.3 KRW=KFTC.

The won's value against the yen JPYKRW=R -- a cross rate -- fell by a sharper 2.7 percent to a 4-month low of 13.72 from 13.35 in late domestic trade on Thursday.
