HONG KONG Nov 27 (Reuters) - Russia's UC Rusal is set to seek listing approval again in Hong Kong next Thursday following hearings on Nov 26 as it must provide additional information, a source with direct knowledge of the deal said on Friday.

Rusal's debt restructuring plan is nearly finalised, the source said.

The listing committee of Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing (0388.HK) had delayed making a decision on whether to approve the listing of Rusal on concerns over the completion of restructuring of its US$16.8 billion debt, the South China Morning Post reported on Friday.
