WASHINGTON Nov 30 (Reuters) - U.S. President Barack Obama will emphasize the training of Afghan security forces when he outlines his strategy for Afghanistan in a speech on Tuesday, White House spokesman Robert Gibbs said on Monday.

"There's no doubt that there will be some amount of counterterrorism and there's no doubt that they will be fighting back against the insurgency," Gibbs said at a news briefing. "... I think there has to be a renewed emphasis on the training of Afghan security forces."
