TOKYO Nov 30 (Reuters) - Japanese banking minister Shizuka Kamei said on Monday that he believed the Bank of Japan must be considering whether there are ways for the bank to ease monetary policy further.

He also said that even if Japan alone were to intervene in the foreign exchange markets to stem the yen's rise against the dollar, it would only have the effect of sending money to the United States.
