Seoul shares open up as Dubai worries ease
SEOUL |
SEOUL Nov 30 (Reuters) - Seoul shares opened 1.5 percent higher on Monday as Dubai debt worries eased and helped further by a rebound in European stocks, with gains led by banking and construction issues including Woori Finance Holdings (053000.KS).
The Korea Composite Stock Price Index .KS11 (KOSPI) was up 1.64 percent at 1,549.56 points as of 0005 GMT.
