Thai Ch Karnchang sets $33 mln rights issue

BANGKOK Dec 1 (Reuters) - Thailand's Ch Karnchang PCL CK.BK, Thailand's second-largest contractor, said on Tuesday it would issue 206.57 million new shares in a right issues to raise 1.1 billion baht ($33.12 million) for working capital and expansion.

The offer price is set at 5.34 baht a share, for one new share for every seven existing shares held, the company said in a statement to a stock exchange.

On Monday, the stock closed at 5.80 baht.
