Japan Fujii: QE could have positive economic impact

TOKYO Dec 1 (Reuters) - A quantitative easing policy could have a positive impact on the economy if adopted by the Bank of Japan, Finance Minister Hirohisa Fujii said on Tuesday.

Fujii, who spoke to reporters after a cabinet meeting, also said it is important for the government and the central bank to have a common understanding of the economic outlook.
