WARSAW Dec 1 (Reuters) - Poland's top refiner PKN Orlen PKNA.WA confirmed on Tuesday that the country's leading mobile operator Polkomtel would pay out a preliminary dividend of 464 million zlotys for the first three quarters of 2009.

"Polkomtel's board filed a motion and the supervisory board accepted it, stipulating that 50 percent of Polkomtel's profit for the first nine months of the year will be paid out by the end of December," PKN deputy CEO Slawomir Jedrzejczyk told reporters.

Jedrzejczyk said PKN Orlen expects to refine some 15 million tones of oil at its Plock refinery next year. He added that the Brent-Ural differential had increased and refining margins had fallen in the third quarter from the previous three months.
