Dec 2 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals involving European, U.S. and Asian companies were reported by 0530 GMT on Wednesday.

** Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. is among the bidders for Morgan Stanley's (MS.N) stake in Chinese investment bank CICC, a person familiar with the matter told Reuters, in a deal that could hand the Wall Street bank more than $1 billion if it's completed. ** Government-controlled Brazilian bank Caixa Economica Federal agreed to pay 739 million reais ($429 million) for a 49 percent voting stake in commercial bank Banco Panamericano BPNM3.SA to expand in consumer lending. [ID:nN01515967]

** Wireless communications provider TeleCommunication Systems Inc (TSYS.O) agreed to buy privately held Networks In Motion Inc for about $170 million to strengthen its navigation services for mobile operators. [ID:nBNG444322]

** Nokia Siemens Networks will object in U.S. bankruptcy court to Ciena Corp's CIEN.O $769 million bid for Nortel's optical networking and carrier ethernet business, and is ready to raise its offer to $810 million in cash, the company said.
