Bank of America shares up

NEW YORK (Reuters) - Shares of Bank of America Corp (BAC.N) rose 3.2 percent after the close on Wednesday after it said it has worked out a deal with the government to repay $45 billion in taxpayer bailout funds by raising new capital.

Shares were up at $16.15 after initially trading down slightly after the news. Shares closed the session at $15.65.
