TOKYO Dec 4 (Reuters) - Japanese Finance Minister Hirohisa Fujii said on Friday the government will stick to its principle of not raising bond issuance to fund stimulus spending aimed at averting a double dip recession.

Prime Minister Yukio Hatoyama's cabinet may hold an extra meeting on Friday to decide on an extra budget for the year to next March, Fujii told a news conference after a cabinet meeting.
