New Issue-JDA Software sells $275 mln in 5-year notes

  Dec 7 (Reuters) - JDA Software (JDAS.O) on Monday sold
$275 million of senior notes in the 144a private placement
market, said IFR, a Thomson Reuters service.
  Goldman Sachs and Wells Fargo Securities were the joint
bookrunning managers for the sale.
