BRIEF-Moody's downgrades CalPERS, CalSTRS to Aa3

Dec 10 (Reuters) - California Public Employees Retirement, California State Teachers Retirement System: Moody's Investors Service today downgraded the long term ratings of the municipal credit enhancement programs of California Public Employees Retirement System (CalPERS) and California State Teachers Retirement System (CalSTRS) to Aa3 from Aaa. The outlook for these issuers is stable.
