Brazil's Marfrig gets $300 mln, 7-year loan

SAO PAULO Dec 11 (Reuters) - Brazilian beef processor Marfrig (MRFG3.SA) said on Friday it obtained a $300 million, seven-year loan to stretch out debt payments and bolster cash holdings.

Banco Bradesco (BBDC4.SA), Brazil's second-largest non-government bank, arranged the financing for Marfrig, the company said in a securities filing. (Reporting by Guillermo Parra-Bernal, editing by Gerald E. McCormick)
