Brazil's M.Dias to sell $342 mln in share offering

SAO PAULO Dec 11 (Reuters) - Brazilian food processor M.Dias Branco (MDIA3.SA) on Friday said it plans to sell about 600 million reais ($342 million) of shares in a secondary offering.

The Eusebio, Brazil-based company said it will proceed with the offer after getting permission from regulators, according to a securities filing. ($1=1.754 reais) (Reporting by Elzio Barreto and Guillermo Parra-Bernal, editing by Gerald E. McCormick)
