WET SEAL INC

Wet Seal Inc (WTSLA.O) Chairman Alan Siegel will retire from the board of directors effective immediately and will be replaced by Harold Kahn, who is currently a board member.

DREAMWORKS ANIMATION SKG INC

DreamWorks Animation SKG Inc (DWA.O) said Chief Accounting Officer Phil Cross will step down in February and be replaced by Heather O'Connor, who is currently the company's Director of SEC Reporting. O'Connor's new role is subject to confirmation by the company's board of directors.

SED INTERNATIONAL HOLDINGS INC

SED International Holdings Inc SECX.OB co-founder Jeanie Diamond retired as Chief Executive effective Dec. 9 and was replaced by Jonathan Elster. Diamond will remain on the board of directors.

T ROWE PRICE

T Rowe Price Group Inc (TROW.O) said Mike Gitlin will succeed Mary Miller as director of the company's fixed income division. Gitlin is currently the firm's global head of trading. Miller, who will step down on Dec. 18, is awaiting final U.S. Senate approval to become the next Assistant Secretary for Financial Markets in the U.S. Department of Treasury after being nominated for the post by U.S. President Barack Obama in October.[nN14145444]

DEUTSCHE BANK

Deutsche Bank (DBKGn.DE) appointed Soozhana Choi as head of commodities research, Asia. Choi joins the bank from Glencore International in Singapore.

OPTOS PLC

Optos Plc (OPTS.L) said John Padfield will retire from his position as chairman of the board on Dec. 31 and will be succeeded by Peter Fellner.

CUBE CAPITAL

London-based global alternative investment and advisory firm Cube Capital has appointed Louise van der Vegt as director of marketing and business development. Van der Vegt joins Cube from Sturgeon Investments, where she was head of investor relations.
