- Tenaga Nasional Bhd (TNB) (TENA.KL) is not interested to sell its 20 percent stake in Jimah Energy Ventures Holdings Sdn Bhd following a report of a takeover bid by businessman Halim Saad, TNB president Che Khalib Mohamad Noh said.
