CARDTRONICS INC (CATM.O)
Cardtronics named Steven Rathgaber as its new CEO. Rathgaber most recently served as COO of NYCE Payments Network, a unit of Fidelity National Information Services Inc.
OPTIONS CLEARING CORP
Options Clearing Corp promoted three officers: Mike McClain was promoted to executive vice president in the business operations group from senior vice president; Tom Chatoney to vice president, enterprise integration & infrastructure platforms from director, middleware, networks and environments; and Dennis Woods to vice president, financial surveillance from director.
BANK OF AMERICA (BAC.N)
Bank of America Merrill Lynch named Luiz Carlos Couto sales manager for Latin America, and Marcelo Pereira de Carvalho senior sales officer for Brazil within the Global Financial Institutions Treasury business. [ID:nLDE5BK0VC]
CREDIT SUISSE (CSGN.VX)
Credit Suisse appointed Boon Sim as the global head of Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) business. Sim joined the bank's M&A group based in New York in 1992 and has been running Americas M&A business since 2005.
BARCLAYS WEALTH (BARC.L)
The company appointed Roland Kitson as a director in the Barclays Wealth Intermediaries business. Kitson was a founding director of Close Investments, where he was also sales and marketing director.
E*TRADE FINANCIAL CORP (ETFC.O)
