SEOUL Dec 21 (Reuters) - Seoul shares ended 0.17 percent lower on Monday after volatile trade, pressured by falls in banks including KB Financial (105560.KS), but gains in some techs such as LG Display (034220.KS) lent support.

The Korea Composite Stock Price Index .KS11 (KOSPI) finished down 2.81 points at 1,644.23 points.
