MOSCOW Dec 25 (Reuters) - Russia has fully scrapped its oil export plans via Ukraine in January and will have to divert some 0.5 million tonnes of crude meant for the port of Yuzhny to other destinations, traders said on Friday.

Traders said Russian officials told oil firms, which had been due to ship crude from Yuzhny and included Rosneft (ROSN.MM), TNK-BP TNBPI.RTS and Tatneft, to scrap the plans and that new destinations were likely to be fixed next week.
