SEOUL Dec 28 (Reuters) - Seoul shares opened higher on Monday helped by rallies in stocks related to a major nuclear power deal including KEPCO (015760.KS) and Hyundai E&C (000720.KS), but losses in banks like KB Financial (105560.KS) weighed.

The Korea Composite Stock Price Index .KS11 (KOSPI) was up 0.48 percent at 1,690.40 points as of 0005 GMT.
