PARIS Dec 28 (Reuters) - French call-centre operator Teleperformance (ROCH.PA), under pressure from losses in its core domestic market, said on Monday it was buying Teledatos, a Colombian group with expected 2009 revenues of $75 million.

Teleperformance cut its 2009 guidance last month, warning that price pressures and a poor performance in its home market would drag down sales and profits. [ID:nGEE5AP0VD].

Teleperformance shares closed down 0.7 percent at 22.11 euros, giving the company a market capitalisation of around 1.2 billion euros ($1.73 billion). The stock has risen around 11 percent so far this year, having fallen 26 percent last year. ($1=.6942 Euro)
