Russia's MTS plans to issue 35 bln rbls in bonds

MOSCOW Dec 29 (Reuters) - MTS (MBT.N), Russia's largest mobile operator, plans to issue bonds totalling 35 billion roubles ($1.17 billion), the company said on Tuesday.

The company's board of directors approved three separate issuances of bonds with maturities of five, seven and 10 years. (Reporting by Dmitry Sergeyev, editing by Robin Paxton)
