Venezuela power cuts force petrochemical stoppages

CARACAS Jan 14 (Reuters) - Electricity rationing in Venezuela has forced state-run petrochemical company Pequiven to program stoppages at two of its three factories, the company said on Thursday, without specifying what products will be hit.
