BANGALORE Jan 20 (Reuters) - The following corporate finance-related stories were reported by media on Wednesday:

* Brazil's state development bank BNDES is in talks to buy a minority stake in Hypermarcas (HYPE3.SA) to strengthen the domestic pharmaceutical industry and help the company fund overseas takeovers, O Estado de S.Paulo newspaper reported on Wednesday. [ID:nN20118477]
