WASHINGTON (Reuters) - U.S. House Democratic leader Steny Hoyer said on Wednesday that Democrats are trying to determine what parts of the healthcare reform bill can be passed in the Senate after an election upset in Massachusetts cast doubt on a sweeping overhaul.

"We are determining what the Senate can and cannot do," Hoyer said in remarks to a policy group.
