Int'l Mining Machinery in $427 mln HK IPO-term sheet

HONG KONG Jan 25 (Reuters) - International Mining Machinery plans to raise up to about $427 million in an initial public offering of shares in Hong Kong, according to a term sheet obtained by Reuters on Monday.

The coal mining machinery maker is set to sell 520 million new shares at an indicative price range of HK$4.88-HK$6.38 per share, according to the term sheet.

The issue will be priced on Feb 3 New York time and the trading debut will be on Feb 10. UBS (UBSN.VX) and BOCI are handling the deal. (US$1=HK$7.77) (Reporting by Kennix Chim; Writing by Donny Kwok; editing by Editing by Jonathan Hopfner)
