Chu Kong Steel Pipe plans $237 million HK IPO: source

HONG KONG (Reuters) - Chu Kong Petroleum & Natural Gas Steel Pipe is set to sell up to about $237 million shares in an initial public offering of shares in Hong Kong, a source close to the deal told Reuters on Monday.
The company plans to sell 300 million shares, including 83 percent primary shares and 17 percent secondary shares, at an indicative price range of HK$4.5-HK$6.15 apiece. JPMorgan is underwriting the deal.
