New Issue - TNK-BP Finance sells $1 bln in two parts
Jan 27 (Reuters) - TNK-BP Finance SA, a unit of TNK-BP TNBPI.RTS, on Wednesday sold $1 billion of notes in two parts in the 144a private placement market, said IFR, a Thomson Reuters service.
Barclays, Calyon, and RBS were the joint bookrunning managers for the sale.
