TABLE-Reuters/U Mich Jan. final sentiment index 74.4
Jan 29 (Reuters) - Reuters/University of Michigan Surveys of Consumers' final January consumer sentiment rose to 74.4 from December's final reading of 72.5, according to a report released on Friday.
Economists in a Reuters survey expected a final January reading of 73.0.
