RPT-Gazprom 9-mo profit falls 33 pct to 470.87 bln rbls

MOSCOW Feb 1 (Reuters) - Net profit attributable to shareholders of Russian energy giant Gazprom (GAZP.MM) fell 33 percent in the first nine months of 2009 to 470.87 billion roubles, the company said on Monday.

Gazprom's net debt balance for the first nine months of 2009 rose by 44 percent to 1.47 trillion roubles due to an increase in long-term borrowings. (Reporting by Vladimir Soldatkin)
