Taiwan stocks at near 3-month closing low; Fubon down

TAIPEI, Feb 2 (Reuters) - Taiwan stocks closed down 1.26
percent at a near three-month closing low on Tuesday, with China
sensitive shares such as Fubon Financial (2881.TW) down as
investors worried that Taiwan-China trade pacts would be affected
after the United States' arms sale to Taiwan.
The main TAIEX share index .TWII fell 95.06 points to 7,429.61, its weakest close since Nov. 5, 2009.
Fubon Financial, parent of Taiwan's No. 2 life insurer, dropped 2.43 percent, dragging the financial sub-index .TFNI 1.39 percent lower.
