Sole distributor of Honda vehicles in Indonesia PT Honda Prospect Motor announced a recall of 3,240 units of its city model due to potentially faulty power window switches, said Jonfis Fandi, marketing and after sales diretor. (Jakarta Post)
- NEWMONT NUSA TENGGARA PAYS 3.9 TRLN RPH TAX IN 2009
PT Newmont Nusa Tenggara (NNT), a unit of Newmont Mining
Corp (NEM.N), paid 3.9 trillion rupiah in tax and royalties in
2009, lower than 4.215 trillion rupiah in 2008, due to lower
grade ore production, said Kasan Mulyono, public relations

- BAKRIE TELECOM MAY INCREASE SIZE OF BOND ISSUE
Cellular firm PT Bakrie Telecom Tbk (BTEL.JK) may increase
the size of its planned bond issue to $300 million from an
initial target of $200 million if there is strong investor
demand, said deputy president director Danny Buldansjah.

- FOREIGN INVESTORS EYE STAKE IN BROKERAGE TRIMEGAH
Three foreign investors have expressed an interest in
acquiring a stake in brokerage firm PT Trimegah Securities Tbk
(TRIM.JK), said company director Karman Pamurahardjo, but he

- PT TIMAH ALLOCATES 800 BLN RPH FOR CAPEX IN 2010
Tin producer PT Timah (TINS.JK) has allocated 800 billion
rupiah ($85.5 million) for capital expenditure in 2010, said
corporate secretary Abrun Abubakar. (Kontan)
- KRESNA GRAHA TO UNDERWRITE 5 BOND ISSUANCES
Indonesia's brokerage firm Kresna Graha Sekurindo (KREN.JK)
has agreed to underwrite five bond issues this year, including
debt to be issued by BCA Finance and Federal International
Finance, said president director Michael Steven. (Kontan).
- CIC READY TO INVEST $2.5 BLN IN INDONESIA
China Investment Corporation (CIC), China's sovereign wealth fund, is ready to invest $2.5 billion in Indonesia's infrastructure and resources sectors, said Gita Wirjawan, the head of the state investment agency (BKPM). (Investor Daily)
