UPDATE 1-Monster to buy rival HotJobs site from Yahoo

NEW YORK Feb 3 (Reuters) - Monster Worldwide Inc (MWW.N), which runs the Monster.com job board, said on Wednesday it will buy Yahoo Inc's (YHOO.O) HotJobs for $225 million in cash.
The deal, which involves a multiyear traffic agreement with Yahoo, is expected to close in the third quarter. (Reporting by Nick Zieminski. Editing by Steve Orlofsky)
