Kuwait c.bank cuts discount rate by 50 bps-agency

KUWAIT Feb 7 (Reuters) - Kuwait's central bank cut on Sunday its discount rate by 50 basis points to 2.5 percent, state news agency KUNA said in a text message alert.
The agency did not give further details. The central bank officials were not immediately available to confirm the report.
