* MOSUL - A roadside bomb targeting an Iraqi army patrol wounded two civilians in northern Mosul, 390 km (240 miles) north of Baghdad, police said.

* MOSUL - A roadside bomb went off near a house, wounding a woman in western Mosul, police said.

* MOSUL - A man was wounded in a shooting in western Mosul, but it was unclear who was the target, police said.

BAGHDAD - Armed men killed a civil servant and wounded his wife in a drive-by shooting on Monday in the Adhamiya district of northern Baghdad, police said.

BAGHDAD - Unknown gunmen shot and wounded an engineer on Monday in central Baghdad, police said.
