Italy to strongly support Draghi to head ECB-govt

ROME Feb 10 (Reuters) - The Italian government will strongly support central bank governor Mario Draghi to head the European Central Bank, the government spokesman said on Wednesday.

"The government will forcefully support Mario Draghi as a candidate to lead the ECB," government spokesman Paolo Bonaiuti said during a morning television news show.
