Penton Business Media Holdings files for Chapter 11

Feb 10 (Reuters) - U.S. trade magazines publisher Penton Business Media Holdings Inc [PTON.UL], filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection, court documents showed.

In a filing with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York, the company listed estimated assets in the range of $500 million to $1 billion and estimated liabilities of more than $1 billion.
