WASHINGTON Feb 11 (Reuters) - The U.S. Treasury on Thursday welcomed Republican Senator Bob Corker's decision to work with Senate Banking Committee Chairman Christopher Dodd on Dodd's financial reform bill.

"We welcome Senator Corker's decision to work on a bipartisan basis with Chairman Dodd to pass financial reform that will end too big to fail and stop abusive practices that hurt American families," a Treasury spokesman said in a statement. (Reporting by David Lawder, Editing by Chizu Nomiyama)
