TOKYO, FEB 15 (Reuters) - Japanese Finance Minister Naoto Kan said on Monday that Prime Minister Yukio Hatoyama's cabinet has not said it wouldn't debate sales tax reform.

Kan, speaking to lawmakers in parliament, also said it was unnatural to debate how to change the tax system while excluding the sales tax from that debate. (Reporting by Stanley White)
