Temasek cuts stake in ICICI Bank to 5.9 pct from 8.3 pct

Feb 16 (Reuters) - Singapore state investor Temasek Holdings [TEM.UL] disclosed it has cut its passive stake in India's No.2 lender ICICI Bank (ICBK.BO) to 5.9 percent from 8.3 percent.

Temasek's current stake represents about 65.7 million equity shares of ICICI, according to a Temasek filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on Friday. (Reporting by Shivani Singh in Bangalore; Editing by Muralikumar Anantharaman)
