Issue: Plans a two-year floating-rate note with an expected size of 300 million euros, as reported by IFR Markets, a Thomson Reuters online news and market analysis service.

Spread guidance: three-month Euribor plus 100 basis points area

Ratings: Moody's A3

Mandate: The German bank plans a 1 billion euro 5-year public sector covered bond, which will be launched in the near future subject to market conditions, an official at one of the banks managing the sale said.
