(Reuters) - The British Academy Film Awards (BAFTAs) were handed out in London on Sunday.

Britain's top film accolades come two weeks before the Oscars and will be watched for clues as to the outcome at the Academy Awards.

Its record as a barometer of success in Los Angeles, however, has been patchy over the last decade.
