BANGKOK Feb 22 (Reuters) - Thailand's central bank said on Monday any interest rate rises later this year will be made in ways that will not hurt economic growth, while the current recovery supports a normalised monetary policy.

Bank of Thailand Governor Tarisa Watanagase told reporters the central bank would raise rates as required by market conditions. (Reporting by Kitiphong Thaichareon; Writing by Vithoon Amorn; Editing by Alan Raybould)
