LOS ANGELES (Hollywood Reporter) - Jane Kaczmarek and Adam Arkin will lead the cast of ABC's comedy pilot "Who Gets the Parents?"
They will play a couple who, after 30 years of marriage, are getting a divorce and take on more active roles in the lives of their three adult children.
Andrew West ("Greek") will play the supersmart youngest child, and Derek Richardson ("Men in Trees") will play the sensitive middle child.
Kaczmarek, going through a real-life divorce from husband Bradley Whitford, played the frazzled mom on "Malcolm in the Middle." Arkin's recent TV credits include FX's "Sons of Anarchy" and NBC's "Life."
