Freddie Mac to sell new 3-year notes on Wednesday

NEW YORK, March 2 (Reuters) - Freddie Mac FRE.P FRE.N, the second-largest U.S. home funding company, on Tuesday said it plans to sell new three-year reference notes on Wednesday, March 3 with settlement on March 4.

The notes are due on April 15, 2013. The size has not yet been determined.

JP Morgan, RBS Greenwich and UBS Investment are the lead managers on the the offering. (Reporting by Pam Niimi; Editing by James Dalgleish)
