DEUTSCHE BANK (DBKGn.DE)
The bank could support an Actavis bid for Ratiopharm, Financial Times Deutschland said, citing sources.

DAIMLER (DAIGn.DE)
The auto maker plans to develop electric cars for China with battery maker BYD (1211.HK), underscoring the German carmaker's dependence on outside companies to gain share in the market for zero-emission vehicles. [ID:nLDE6202C2]

The bank has made a non-binding offer for WestLB's real estate unit Westdeutsche Immobilienbank, which is also known as WestImmo, Financial Times Deutschland said.

The engineering group is hoping to have a decision about building high speed trains for Deutsche Bahn by early summer, and is angling to get a contract to build a high speed train in the U.S. between Chicago and St. Louis, Siemens Mobility executive Hans-Joerg Grundmann told Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung.
