Enbridge Inc sells C$500 mln of 3-yr MTNs-term sheet

NEW YORK, March 3 (Reuters) - Enbridge Inc (ENB.TO) on Wednesday sold C$500 mln ($404,700) of three-year medium term notes, according to a term sheet seen by Reuters.
The 4.53 percent notes were priced at 99.984 to yield 4.53 percent, or 109.4 basis points over the Canadian government benchmark.
The investment dealer arm of Toronto-Dominion Bank was the lead manager on the sale. ($C=1.03) (Reporting by Camille Drummond)
